Time: Register by 9:30am. First round at 10:00am. The rest are TBA.
Description:
G/60. Tournament structure will consist of 1 to 2 three or four-man teams from each college pitted against other college teams in
round robin style. Rounds depend upon number of teams entered. This is a non-elimination event.
Trophies will be awarded to the top 4 participating colleges, and an individual awards ceremony
will be held as well. In the event a college is not fully represented by 3-4 players, composite teams consisting of players from separate
colleges can be assembled. These teams will not be eligible for the collegiate awards ceremony, but still qualify for individual prizes.
Registration must be paid in the amount of $10 per player on site. Alternates are allowed, but are also subject to this fee. Students, alumni,
advisers, and faculty are encouraged to represent their colleges. Lunch will be provided.

coffee are allowed on campus grounds. Males should not have earrings. Either gender must maintain a proper, modest appearance.
Beards and facial hair should be well kept. Language should be kept in check. This includes trash-talk before, during, or after rounds, and
swearing. The BYU Chess Club reserves the right to forfeit a player or team from competition that demonstrate non-compliance with these standards.
